Best Diet Plan to Lose Weight & Gain Health?
the best diet for my
health what is the best diet to help me lose weight to get rid of that stubborn
belly fat what is the best diet to help me get over my hypothyroid issue what
is the best diet to get over my gut issue my constipation I have cancer give me
a diet that can help me with my cancer but you see what we need to understand
today is that every human being is different every human being is when we
understand that everyone is unique then it makes us think that how come how can
a piece of paper telling you what to eat be the same for everyone else so
everyone says let's do a keto diet now maybe a good diet for some people it may
be a good dye for some conditions like epilepsy brain tumors brain cancers etc
ok you make an informed decision to select the right diet for the right kind of
person and their issue so when everyone tries to select one particular diet
because their results sound fabulous how come everyone doesn't get the same
results so we see constantly stuff on social media that the keto diet is a rage
and people are losing weight and they're burning fat and they're looking great they're
getting six-packs and Size Zero figures so the question is then how come
everyone who does a keto diet doesn't get the same results likewise what a
low-carb diet all of a sudden low-carb diet was a craze and everyone went low
copped thinking that hey I'm gonna get this model figure I'm gonna get this a figure like this Hollywood actress because she did low carb and she spoke about
her body being that way because she didn't lock up so many people do low carb
diets all of them don't get the results that one woman got because we're all
different when we understand this we change our mindset and good health losing
weight preventing disease healing diseases is first about your mindset and how
your mindset changes so if we think we're going to go to the same doctor and
get the same treatment that 5,000 people with the same kind of breast cancer
cases are getting it doesn't mean we have to get the same results and we all
know that some people take the same chemotherapy and get different results some
people take the same chemotherapy and don't get any results because we are all
different our health is dependent on our nutrition and what we eat on our
activity on our recovery and our sleep on our mental state and our emotional
state and that is different for everyone.
Just because someone
wants that diet because you know they're impressed with all the results that it
can give them you need to assess someone to take the right diet because it can
create a lot of problems and I'm not trying to say that there's a connection
but over the last couple of years, we've seen so many people who have had cancer
who come to us and when we're constantly diagnosing we found that they're on a
keto diet for two two and a half years plus and no way am I saying that the
keto diet caused that but when we go further into the diagnosis we find that
these people have been living in denial and starvation and they're sad and
depressed all the time because they see other people eating but just because
they want to hang on to that weight they deprive themselves so they're emotional
state of mind is completely messed up because of that they have other
addictions like coffee which is increasing their caffeine causing a greener
damage and I'm saying the cause of cancer as all of these things put
together it is multifactorial so we have to understand it's like a sick patient
ok when a sick patient is going through medication we all know that medication
is depleting some vitamins and from their body so if they're not making dietary
changes according to the medication they're on we know Class A of medication
depletes X amount of vitamins chemo depletes something else radiation depletes
something else you're diabetic drugs depletes something else but if we're trying
to eat one diet that fits all you're never gonna get the results.
an illusion if you think
healthcare is getting any better just because we see constant ads of new
hospitals coming up and all of this stuff it doesn't mean the statistics of
health care getting better it's getting worse and how do we know this because
how many of us know of someone who's going through cancer today someone
who has died through cancer someone who is going to die how many of us though
one or two people diabetes is like epidemic cancer like an epidemic so in
what way is it getting better so we need to understand if we want to make a the change we have to have a holistic approach it is not about just the medication
you take it is not just about the food that you eat or the exercise that you do
it is about connecting everything as you do you understand what works for your
body.
why commercially Fripp prepared french fries
are bad and how can of aerated drink with a cause have up with your immunity and
all of that he still said I'm addicted can you do something else to safeguard
me and today we are able to do it because we're able to understand that if he
gets step one can or he gets that french fries the person's still gonna be fine
mentally but there are other things that he's willing to do he's cut out all
sugar he's gonna go on carbohydrate he exercises more he sleeps well he's made
90% of a major lifestyle change which can't compensate that 5% of his bad the habit which he can't give up so everything is not about being completely clean
all of us appear to be that way all the time and then we struggle with cravings
and we don't give in we need to understand if we want to give in to a craving
for food chocolate whatever it is do it without guilt truly enjoy it
because your mind controls the outcome of how your digestive system works and
guilt is a major factor so again coming to it.
what is the best diet for you if you're sick
if you're looking to lose weight if you're looking to gain your health if
you're looking to prevent disease what is the best diet for you the best diet
is a lifestyle the best diet is the guy that suits you maybe you can have an
incredible body and incredible health with a 30-minute walk every day for some
people, they may need a one hour look for someone else they may need CrossFit it's
different for everyone find out what works for you because no piece of control
no piece of paper can determine how your health is gonna be because it's gonna
be constantly evolving and constantly changing tomorrow you may be a little bit
more active tomorrow you may sleep a little less everything's gonna change so
you've got to be open you've got to flow with the life you need to understand
mindfully how your body reacts to certain things instead of labeling it that oh
sugar makes everyone fact I know so many people who have a lot of sugar and
they have fantastic bodies as well because they're compensating some other way
maybe it suits their body maybe they found a compensation method to do it and
they're fine they're absolutely healthy to have a great life, everyone.
