Every human being is different. so the next time you walk around saying I'm doing a 16-8 ask yourself to question the stupidity of that statement. Why 16 8? what is the magic in sixteen hours? What if your body needs just 14 hours. what if your body needs 18 hours.

The second thing is to stop turning intermittent fasting as a weight-loss plan. Everyone who does that in fact this is the people who go in with the intention of losing weight never really achieve that goal. Change your intention intermittent fasting.
